    VICTIM #1: SENATOR BOB HAWKINS,
       SHOT THROUGH OFFICE WINDOW.

Tallahassee, FL- On Oct 15, State Senate Majority Leader Bob Hawkins, 71, Was Shot Through His Office Window Days Before Vote On His Proposed Bill To Arm Florida’s High/Middle School Students With Firing Ranges Built On School Grounds. Police Discovered Sniper's Hide  With Rifle And Note.

VICTIM #2: REP. LARRY BOGERT WHILE ESCORTED TO SUV BY CAPITOL POLICE

Then on Octber 16, State House Majority Leader Larry Bogert, 46, was shot while being escorted to his SUV

outside the Capitol Tower by Protection Force officers

As in Hawkins' shooting, Bogert was only wounded and the sniper rifle left behind.  Police theorize from notes attached to the rifles that the so-called Snowflake  Sniper first "thanked" Hawkins for gun show loophole that shooter may have used to buy "untraceable" rifle that shot him, then acknowledged Bogert for ease of buying the rifle used in his shooting..
